What to Expect

What is Telepsychiatry?

• Telepsychiatry is when mental health care is provided between a patient and a provider through a video conference call. 

What Will I Need to Meet with You? 

• A reliable Internet connection.
• A valid email address.
• A computer, tablet or smart phone.

Initial Assessment

• The main goal of this 60-minute session is to provide a safe and loving environment to start talking about issues affecting your life. 

Follow-Up Visits

• The main goal of each 30-minute follow up visit is to provide support in your journey towards better mental health. 

Medication Management

• Our practice reviews the efficacy of medications during every visit and makes changes as appropriate. 
• Our practice does not prescribe any controlled substances including opioids, stimulants, depressants, hallucinogens, and anabolic steroids.

Insurance

• We accept most insurance plans and do offer a private pay option.
